It is of utmost importance to us to help the Southwest Texas community with the needs and services that arise today. Our History
Lion Med DME, LLC was founded in 2024 with the idea of providing quality support and service to our already active customers and more. We started with a small work team but with the goal of growing daily since we are distinguished by the empathy, leadership, discipline, perseverance, common goals and purpose that make up the lions team. Meet Our Team
CEO
Eddie Morales is an Eagle Pass Native, graduate class of 2000. He pursued a career in Seismic as an Equipment Manager for major oil companies in Houston TX. He also operated his own OilField Hot Shot Transportation company in West Texas. . After 15 years he retired from the oilfields and he expanded into diverse industries creating a business enterprise in diverse fields. Lion Med DME,LLC started as an idea to come back to his hometown of Eagle Pass and service the community with exceptional customer service and expertise. He has built a team of knowledgeable leaders in The DME field and is ready to take on this venture. He also served as The Spanish Speaking Chaplain for The Houston Astros (2012 thru 2015), entrepreneur and head of Morales Enterprises.

Administrative Director
Leonela Rodriguez is an Eagle Pass Native, graduate class of 2003. She pursued a career in the medical field helping to manage a local DME company. She has 13 years of expertise leading her to eventually own and operate her own DME operation. Her leadership will be crucial to provide excellent customer service and satisfaction to every customer. She thrives in building strong relationships and active community involvement. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Registered Nurse
Jerry Martinez has over 23 years of nursing experience, 19 years as a Registered Nurse in a fast paced hospital settings and multiple home health & hospice facilities. He has performed in home assessments of pediatric, adult and geriatric patients with chronic disease and disabilities. Currently working in mental health nursing and emergency department nursing. With exceptional working knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare guidelines, Jerry makes an exceptional asset to the Lions Med DME team. In his free time he enjoys spending time with family and going fishing.
